  • Dell's Studio XPS 13 has an unfortunate battery. That's the only thing off the top of our heads when we have to think of drawbacks. The rest is made of awesomeness....

  • Leather styling, a clutch of features, and great graphics.
  • Wobbly keyboard and doesn't feel secure.
  • Let down by a couple of flaws, the Dell Studio XPS 13 still looks lovely in leather, and is great for gamers....

  • Abstract:  The XPS series is a high-end line of multimedia computers sold by Dell. The ‘Xtreme Performance System’ moniker dates back to 1993 and carries with it a legacy of cutting-edge design and technology. Years later, Dell created the Studio range, a trend...

  • Abstract:  This isn't the first time we've looked at the Dell Studio XPS M1340 ; we first reviewed it way back in February when it first launched. At the time it turned out to be a frustrating nearly man. It promised a great deal and initial impressions were favoura...

  • Dell's managed to weld together a leather lined laptop that's as good looking as an Apple MacBook, but with more power, and for less. Even the entry level rig will handle recent games and all your multimedia, and if you fork over the extra moolah...
  • For a laptop strutting to be as stylish as a MacBook, there are a few build problems that bug. The only thing wobblier than the keys on the Dell Studio XPS 13 is the laptop itself: the plastic feet are uneven, meaning it moves up and down like old school...
  • We like where Dell is headed with the Studio XPS 13. It's got more nice touches than Ronaldo's right foot - great graphics, backlit keyboard, a clutch of connections - but they're let down by a few flaws in the casing. Still, with prices start...

  • ‘Desktop replacement’ used to be a euphemism for a noisy and heavy laptop. Not so with the Studio XPS 13. It’s as powerful as many desktops, yet compact enough to carry almost anywhere. To expand its modest display it can be plugged into...

  • Excellent office and multimedia performance, backlit keyboard
  • Bulky, glossy finish attracts fingerprints and scratches
  • Not as stylish as other XPS models, and lacking a premium feel, but there’s no doubting performance on offer...

  • Abstract:  Dells Studio XPS 13 has a few features that set it apart from its rivals. The most obvious one is the 13.3in display, which although smaller than the others in this price group, has the same 1,280x800 resolution of larger screens. It has an LED bac...
