  • The Aura HD does offer a genuinely nice ereading experience, but I'm not sold that this is quite enough at the asking price. In one sense, the Aura HD does everything right. It's got a great screen, great backlight and exceptional battery life. The issue...

  • Touchscreen not responsive, Sluggish interface, Hefty price tag, Pointless social features
  • If you're happy to buy into the idea that this is the ereader for more sophisticated book worm, then this is the device for you. Review Nook Simple Touch GlowLight review You'll be able to do some good peacocking on public transport because the device is...

  • No. The Kobo Aura HD has a really nice screen, sure, but everything around that screen just drags it down. From the ergonomically bizarre design to its weight and size, the actual meat of the Aura HD is just not up to snuff. And besides that, pushing an E...

  • Excellent screen, Fast; good battery life, Simple operation
  • Relatively thick
  • Kobo's new hero e-reader has an excellent E-Ink screen, and has the best specifications of any e-reader on the market at the moment. It's slightly thicker than its competitors, but that's really the only down-side to what is an excellent device for readin...

  • HD screen, great battery, huge storage and touch screen functions.
  • Slightly heavier than a normal Kindle
  • A premium price ereader but it beats the Kindle on build quality, usability and battery life and has a better screen too. The only question is will you pay £139 when a standard Kindle is £69?...

  • The best eReader screen on the market. Great ergonomic design. Great Battery
  • Since the Aura HD is a “premium eReader designed for the discerning reader” it lacks many multimedia capabilities. This could be a turn off if you want a feature-heavy eReader
  • The Kobo Aura HD is the best eReader on the market. It's got the best display by far, and also the best ergonomic design. However, for this design and, particularly, its display, you are paying a premium. The Kobo Aura HD retails for £139.99. It is worth...
