Small and light (can take it virtually anywhere), operates silently, easy to use, very impressive 6-megapixel stills capability, good video quality, Mac compatible
No integrated lens cap (lens smudges easily), microphone located on the side could get covered up, no bundled SD card, dock needs to be powered to import shots
